HAYAT - Largest National NGO, Baku, Azerbaijan (June 1994 – 2008)
Founder and President. Supervising staff of over 100 people. Primary responsibilities include managing overall activity of the NGO, fund-raising, financial reporting, bank operations, coordinating the activity of 6 sub projects as well as umbrella grant program for 10 national NGOs, negotiations and liaison with international NGOs, donor agencies and governmental bodies, strategic planning, proposal and report writing, conduct of monitoring of field projects.
 
Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, Baku, Azerbaijan (2001-2002) National Coordinator. Managed the project “Strengthening Capacities of Law Enforcement Institutions of Azerbaijan in Human Rights”. Dealt with the government ministries and officials.
